α-olefin Adsorption Separation Technology

This advanced technology is developed for the efficient separation of α-olefins and consists of two process units: deoxygenation and alkene separation. It utilizes proprietary deoxygenation adsorbents and olefin separation adsorbents, achieving highly efficient α-olefin separation. The technology fills the gap in markets for the production of high-carbon α-olefins.

Key Features & Benefits

Broad Feedstock Adaptability

Applicable to Fischer-Tropsch synthesis oils from various distillation ranges and other α-olefin-containing feedstocks (e.g., dehydrogenated paraffin oils).

High Deoxygenation Efficiency

Oxygenates in the deoxygenated product from Fischer-Tropsch oils are reduced to less than 1.0 μg/g.

High Product Purity

The separated α-olefin products meet the feedstock quality requirements for high-end polymers such as POE, offering high added value.
