High-Efficiency Two-Stage Cyclone Tube Bundle Separator
A gas-liquid separation solution that combines high efficiency, high throughput capacity, and low operating and maintenance costs.
Working Principle:
By applying the principle of centrifugal separation, the high-efficiency two-stage cyclone tube separator achieves optimal separation between gas and liquid with highly reliable and stable performance. The separator can function as a standalone separation unit or be integrated into combined designs with other types of separation equipment.
(A) At the spiral inlet, the incoming gas is forced to generate a rapid vortex.
(B) Under the action of centrifugal force, liquid droplets entrained in the gas are driven toward the inner wall of the cyclone tube, where they coalesce to form a liquid film. Driven by the gas flow, the liquid film is discharged through side slots at the end of the cyclone tube.
(C) A small fraction of gas is discharged simultaneously through the side slots, which is redirected back to the low-pressure region at the cyclone tube inlet to repeat the separation process.
(D) The purified gas, free of liquid droplets, passes through the cyclone tube and exits the separator.
