A gas-liquid and gas-solid separation solution that combines high efficiency, high processing capacity, and low operating and maintenance costs.
The high-efficiency conical vane separator can be designed in either vertical or horizontal configurations, ensuring stable and reliable separation performance.
Working Principle:
The high-efficiency conical vane separator is developed based on the principle of centrifugal separation, enabling the removal of entrained liquid droplets and/or solid particles from gas streams.
(A) Gas containing liquid droplets and/or solid particles enters the flow channel of the separator and is forced to generate centrifugal force.
(B) The specially designed vane angle ensures that the gas fully contacts the entire surface of the conical vanes. Droplets and/or solid particles are thrown out of the high-velocity gas stream and collide with the separator’s inner wall, thereby achieving separation.
(C) The purified gas, free of liquid droplets and/or solid particles, passes through the conical vanes and exits the separator.

Technical Specifications
The high-efficiency conical vane separator guarantees 99% removal of liquid droplets ≥10 microns. Under maximum design throughput, the total liquid carryover in the outlet gas does not exceed 0.1 US gallons per million standard cubic feet (13.4 liters per million standard cubic meters). It also ensures 99% removal of solid particles ≥15 microns.
