The high-efficiency dry gas filter separator offers flexible design to meet specific customer requirements, with stable and reliable separation performance. It effectively removes extremely fine solid particles and dust from a wide range of industrial gases.
Working Principle:
(A) Gas flows from the outer surface into the interior of the high-efficiency dry gas filter element, where extremely fine solid particles and dust are captured, thus achieving fine separation.
(B) The purified gas then passes through the filter support tube and exits the separator.

Technical Specifications
Depending on the industrial application, our high-efficiency dry gas filter elements can be manufactured from glass fiber, polyester fiber, or high-borosilicate materials.
The outer surface is protected by a cotton yarn cover woven with a special technique.
The inner surface is reinforced with uniformly perforated stainless steel lining to provide superior mechanical strength.
The filter elements are typically mounted on support plates and secured with metal tie rods and nuts.
